The Amazing (?) Spider-Man

What you're looking at is a picture of Andrew Garfield (who recently starred in the critically acclaimed "The Social Network") as "Spider-Man".

Garfield is starring in the re-boot of the Spider-Man movie franchise and this is the first OFFICIAL photo of him in the new Spider-Man costume. It's definitely got a "grittier" feeling to it compared to the Toby Macguire version of the character.

"The Social Network" Is #1

No big surprise..."The Social Network" (starring Jesse Eisenberg & Justin Timberlake) was the #1 movie at the box office this past weekend. The film, which is based on the story of the creation of Facebook (maybe you've heard of it?) managed to pull in over $23 Million. The flick has also generated Oscar buzz for Justin Timberlake.

Rounding out the Top 5 this weekend were "Legends of the Guardians" ($10.9 Million), "Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps" ($10.1 Million), "The Town" ($10 Million) and "Easy A" ($7 Million).
